Conjugal visits for all prisons in all states

This petition is to allow conjugal visits in all state prison for inmates that are married no matter before or after incarceration. Conjugal visits would be great to keep families together and stop the high divorce rates among those incarcerated. Also really would help with the behavior of most inmates, since they have something to look forward to. A conjugal visit should be allowed once every 60 days and depend on the inmates housing and behavior. States like California already have that kind of privilege in place and the way it looks, it is working great. The inmate provides their own food and things that are needed during this 48 hour extended visit. This would be very beneficial in reintroducing the inmate back into society. In addition, it would allow the inmate to prepare to continue life with his family once released.
