Petition presented to the National Assembly of Québec, for the adoption of an anti-delphinarium law.

This present petition is for the adoption of an anti-delphinarium law in the province of Quebec. By creating this law, we firmly believe that the government will really be able to work in the protection of species. Because zoos and other organisms are not able to offer appropriate conditions to maintain dolphins alive. Because the captivity conditions can lead to behavior problems and even death.
Petition presented to the National Assembly of Québec, for the adoption of an anti-delphinarium law.

To the National Assembly of Quebec and particularly to the Prime Minister of Québec and to the Ministry of Tourism.

Because there is a real risk of injury for the dolphins and for the humans concerning a swimming with the dolphin program.

Because numerous deaths occurred after the captivity of cetaceans.

For all these reasons and many more.

We, undersigned, demand to the National assembly of Quebec to intervene so we can adopt a law against any delphinarium project in the province of Quebec.
