1966 Child Murderer is about to be freed

A Great Injustice is about to happen without your help..

In December 1966 Edward Joseph McGee took the lives of two innocent children Deborah Ray and Phyllis Seibers, ages eight and nine, in Shelbyville Tennessee. The children were at a nearby dump site looking for discarded dolls.

McGee was sentenced for 99 years, he has spent only 41 years for killing and raping  two children. Making Mcgee about 60 years old.

McGee was only charged with the murder of Phyllis Seibers. Deborah Ray's murder and rape was in vain unless we make a stand and demand justice. He was suppose to have been brought back and tried for Deborah Ray's murder but it never happened..now he will be allowed to walk, if we don't stop him.

This was not McGee's first run in with the law.
McGee was unable to cope with a normal life in 1966. After 41 years or so in prison what will happen when he is released? Will he be a repeat offender?

McGee  is presently incarcerated at Northeast Correctional Institute Annex in Roan Mountain.

Is this the type person we should be letting out of prison? No one is asking for the death penalty, the family only wants justice to be served. And 41 years for murdering two children in cold blood is Not Justice.

Please help us by signing this petition; Not only for the justice of two little girls but for your justice also. After all, when McGee gets out he maybe in your neighborhood.

Thank you all

We the Undersigned appeal to you Governor Bredesen not to allow this rapist and child killer out into our streets. Please demand justice so Edward Joseph McGee will stand trial for the rape and the death of Deborah Ray. Please do not force any more misery on this family by allowing this murderer to go free.

Dear Mr Bredsen

Please do not allow Edward Joseph Mcgee to be freed from Tennessee state prison. He has only spent 41 years of a 99 year sentence and was never tried but for one murder instead of the 2 he committed.

Thank you
