I am so concerned with where our society is headed. Perez Hilton was a judge at the Miss America pagent and asked a question on whether more states should follow in the decision of allowing gay marriage.  In a very unoffensive way, Miss California stated that this was not how she was raised and that she believes that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. My petition is not about gay marriage. It is about what happened after the pagent.  Perez Hilton is on his website in a manic rage cussing out Miss California and basically anyone else that believes what she believes.  Perez Hilton is the celebrity juice correspondent for 96 STO and I want him off of our radion station.

We are concerned citizens of the tri state area that want Perez Hilton off of your station due to his poor judgement and character displayed on his blog after the Miss America pagent. This is not a "gay" issue.  This is an issue of human decency and the right we have as people to be respected even if our opinions do not concur with others. Perez Hilton is an individual in need of some guidance and as long as we support and encourage his behavior the longer he will continue to disgrace and humiliate good stations and networks like yours. This is why we encourage you to remove any air time that Perez Hilton has with your station and links on your website.
