We, the people of California, support Assembly Member Nunez's AB2916, which sets forth the goal of maximizing energy efficiency in all state buildings, whether leased or owned, and upgrading them to the LEED Gold standard by 2012.It took 9 years to put a man on the moon. We can do this in less than half the time!
