WE the undersigned would like trails in Illinois.{like Wisconsin has} Trails that goes from one end of town to the next.Our local police recently bought ATVs for theft and unlawful riding. lets get some use out of them. There is one ATV/bike park here and many possibilities of places to ride. yet we have to buy a state sticker, but no where to ride. there are many grants out there that will pay for the land, any building supplies and upkeep of the trails.

I don't understand why we have to buy a DNR sticker *(Department of Natural Resource) for Illinois. If there is no where we can ride in northern IL..

I got an ATV and it's very fun to ride, and I don't want to get in trouble for riding it because it's super inconvient for me to ride down to southern illinois to ride for the day when it takes me most of the day to get down there. There needs to be trails by Chicago it would be so good and convienent

ATVs are getting more popular. If this is passed, I think it will keep people from riding in unlawful areas getting hurt.
