As a dedicated Washington Redskins fan, I sign this petition directed at Daniel Snyder, the Owner of the Washington Redskins. As a fan, ticket holder and/or Redskins merchandise customer I declare by signing this petition that I will boycott Daniel Snyder by NOT participating in the below stated activities:

-By not logging onto the Redskins Website

-By not purchasing any Redskins Merchandise

-By not attending the Redskins games OR by not purchasing or minimalizing purchases of concessions at the Redskins Stadium

-By not purchasing any Redskins products at the local Redskin Stores

-By not supporting OR minimalize support of the Redskins sponsors

-By not supporting any other Redskins activities/products in which are directly associated with Daniel Snyder

from the time of my signing this petition until the time in which:

FIRST SCENARIO: Daniel Snyder HIRES a TRUE NFL Football Professional to fully run the Redskins team from top to bottom, having full control of all operations. Under this scenario, Daniel Snyder would relinquish all decision making of the team to this person.

SECOND SCENARIO: Daniel Snyder sells the Washington Redskins and walks away from the franchise.

Mr. Snyder- For the good of this city please sell the team to an individual who knows how to run a professional sports franchise and cares about the people who support it. The old saying goes, players-play, coaches-coach, owners-own. This is something you should have learned a long time ago. In all those meetings with other NFL owners you should have sat down with Robert Kraft, Wellington Mara, and the Rooney's. They could have taught you a thing or two about creating a successful and winning product. Instead, the Redskins have become the laughing stock of professional sports (sorry Raiders fans).

I buy redskins stuff every year and every year I watch dan snyder and vinny cerato make decisions on signing players that never make an impact. I am so tired of the same song and dance with the front office of this franchise. They fired Norv Turner and he went on to do well in San Diego. They fired Marty Schottenhiemer and he went on to do very well with the chiefs. So that says to me that its not the coaching but the front office that needs to be replaced. Until Vinny Cerato is replaced with someone who knows football and Danny learns to keep his nose out of the replacement gm's personnel decisions I will not buy another jersey, leather jacket, hat, ticket, ect. As a matter of fact, Im buying an Ray Rice baltimore Jersey this weekend.

Born and raised in D.C. Saw the greats Sammy Baugh, Eddie Labaron at old Griffith Stadium..could walk up on game day and buy a ticket! Drove 28 miles last night to a Country Club Golf Course advertising a Redskin-Eagle aprty. Bucket of 5 beers was $10.00. I was THE ONLY PERSON at the bar 3 minutes after the start of the game! Sad, Sad support for what used to be the South's tema - that was before JAX, Atlanta, Carolina had a team. Please don't finish last and draft Tim Tebow- that Gator is a winner...he'd be wasted playing for Washington. Georgia's Cox is in the same league. You pay millions for poor players. Get journeymen players and rebuilt...you could go 5-8.

No NFL team treats their fans with less respect than the Redskins. The Redskins will never stop making money, so Snyder has no incentive other than his own dignity to make the team a success. Unfortunately, his ego is too large to admit that he has failed. You'd think that after ten years he would have taken a look at the way successful franchises run business. Instead, he surrounds himself with yes men who tell him that every decision he makes is the right one. I won't boycott the sponsors; they can keep throwing Snyder their money if they want. I haven't spent a dime on a ticket, jersey, 12 dollar beer or any other overpriced merchandise for eight years, and I won't start until Snyder gets his act together. I have a feeling I'll be keeping my money.

I am a season ticket holder who, based on the recent shenanigans, does not believe in the Wait List, is horrified by the way this owner has used us loyal fans to squeeze every last drop of cash from us, and who seems to see this franchise as his own little Fantasy League team. Thus, I will not be attending the rest of the season. I will be selling my tickets to opposing teams fans. I will NOT be renewing my eight season tickets for 2010. I will NOT be attending another Redskins game until one of the two above scenarios is met. Please go away or get out of the way, Mr. Snyder. If you are truly a fan of this team, you will do what's best.
