To my friends, family, colleagues and business associates,
It is with my utmost regret to come to you in this time of need, many who know me well, know how I truly despise having to reach and ask for help regarding any matters let alone one of personal nature.

However after what My Wife Mrs. Danielle Purvis Warr and I have gone through for over the past year after our lovely and amazing wedding in the Dominican Republic, I am/ we are at a loss for words.
If you aren't familiar with our story I will brief you here. Danielle and I met in Los Angeles whilst she came to visit fellow friends from Norway and decided to attend to College here. We met one night in January 2004 and we have been together ever since, After Danielle completed her studies she decided to stay and get a job here as Hair Stylist having earned her degree and license in the Cosmetology field of studies, quickly becoming one of the top stylists at Playa Beauty, in Playa Vista, Ca. She was her on a work visa at the time and still had a student visa which was valid until June 2008.

I proposed to Danielle in Hermosa Beach, Ca in August of 2006, it was an amazing evening and we decided soon after to start planning for our Wedding of which we decided to have in the Dominican Republic. Because of this fact we decided to have our own small Wedding in Las Vegas Nevada for the Marriage papers so we would have no issues with the Wedding taking place out of the Country (USA). So we did the Vegas Elvis-have fun with it deal (we are silly like that) October 6, 2007. Fast-forward to the Wedding Ceremony for family and friends, the planned Destination Wedding in the lovely Punta Cana, Dominican Republic May 31, 2008. We had approximately 60 guests attend it was so magical, special, beyond our expectations, just the energy from our Families and Friends, the love; it was one of the most precious moments of our lives. (No Words can describe that Wedding Week) After the Wedding we decided to fly back to Norway so we could update Danielle's Visa, trying to do everything by the book, take the right steps as far as her U.S. Citizenship is concerned. Unfortunately, this is where the nightmare began. When Danielle arrived it was like going to a bank teller, so informal, the Lady behind the glass embankment screamed at her through the loud-speaker what is that you want? Why are here? Danielle explained she's married to U.S. Citizen, she came back to get a temporary Visa to return to the U.S. and that she worked, lived had a job, home, life in the U.S. The woman abruptly told her she would not be returning to the U.S. she overstayed her work-Visa by 120 days, never once requested any documents from Danielle of which would have shown she had a student Visa that was still valid, a Marriage Certificate from October 2006 of which technically she would have only overstayed her work Visa 60 days. D/S written in her passport and Visa which enables her from being subjected to any bands, (The Woman placed a 3 year ban on her entry to the U.S. by the way.)

Complete and utter travesty, incompetence, unruly, I still to this 376th day later of my Wife being stuck, trapped in Norway unable to return to the place where she felt she finally found her calling, her passion, her success, creating and living out her dreams, have been all taken away from her by one, I say one Women's behind a glass cage discretion. How can this be, rather than sulk, we fought back, I hired and fired Attorney's all they did is take more money and provide no clear cut answer's, I decide the heck with these guys I can do this myself and I did. Filed countless papers, prepared numerous documents, sent documents here there everywhere, homeland security, visa processing, immigration, 7-eleven, you name it, post offices, P.O. boxes. Had to move out of our place, pack and ship all of my Wife's items to Norway so she can have clothes, personal belongings (Remember, we came from Los Angeles, Dominican Republic to Norway- she had 1 week of Vacation-Holiday Clothes in her suitcase). I had to explain what was going on to her Job, her clients whom rely upon her, ask about her still to this day, that's how important she is to not only her husband whom is a U.S. Citizen but an entire community here in the U.S. This was her source of income, her passion, a place where she felt so comfortable for the first time in her life. So we fought and fought, we fought the sleepless night, the worry, anxiety, the fear, the doubt, the trust factor's is she being faithful is he being faithful, does she have enough money, does she miss me, I can't get a hold of him/her, time differences-9 hours, how do we make this work now, bank accounts are diminishing, will I have enough money to support her/us. Money just going out, it has been a nightmare? We've been together for 4 years and the longest prior to this experience we had ever been away from one another may have been Three weeks! We have a dog name Mocha I got Danielle for her birthday who was about three at this time, the Dog cannot travel to Norway without all these tests, vaccines, shots, I had to take her to the Vet on multiple occasion so that eventually I could bring her Norway, Danielle may have missed Mocha more than me, it's true, I wonder this sometimes, I mean Mocha is the best little dog in the World and I'm a Big Rottweiler dog lover.

Again, we fight, we fight, and I guess we fight because we truly feel we've met our "Soul mate" as the old saying goes. Perhaps it's because we will not let someone or something break what we have, what we've worked at, what we believe in, that is each other. She is everything to me, my BFF, my Rock, my Joy, my Partner In Crime-Bonnie, she is my World. I would do anything in my legal power for this lady-Danielle. That is why I fought, flied, cried, sent, mailed, dialed, spent, listened, waited, waited, waited, for the day we would be able to put this behind us. We thought that day was today! I spent three months in Norway trying to figure what our options were, could I get a job there, and can I fit in a Country of 4 Million whose driving force is they're Oil? What will the language barriers be, schooling, all these thought, can I make friends, enjoy the cuisine, nature, weather, I will get back to that Weather thing later- Worst Winter in 25 years, that was my Three month's there thank you. I appreciate that, NOT! Anyway, back on track, well whilst there one miracle did occur; Danielle and I are expecting our first child together, amazing I know. I will just say, there may be no better feeling and I will leave it at that. Many of you know I grew up without my father in my life, so this is special, special moment for me.

Not long after finding this news out in April, I decided to send a letter to the Immigration-Visa department disclosing this information along with questions regarding how far along we are from getting our Interview. Well two-weeks later at the most we get a letter confirming our case has been approved and that we have a Meeting/Interview at the U.S. Consulate in Norway June 10, 2009. There again was a more magic we thought, wow, finally 1 year later to the day this all started it will be over! The sleepless nights, the financial burden, the moving, sending, flying overseas, Vet visits, Post offices trips, packing, eating alone, sleeping alone, misery, doubt, worry, the list goes on and on, phone conversations, the family having to worry, friends having to worry, job/employers having to worry, clients having to worry, would all end today!

I could not sleep, wondering, awaiting the good news. I stayed up working until 2 am, on my way leaving my Creative Directors place I couldn't wait any longer I had to call my wife its about 3 am, I ring she picks up crying hysterically. She went to the Interview at the U.S. Consulate, took all the paperwork they requested, had photos of our relationship together these past 4-5 years, she's over 3 Months pregnant, she gets there they make her wait for a few hours. One lady looked over her documents and said everything looks good, if you can wait a few minutes I will past this on to the Supervisor for her review. Danielle was waiting another hour or so and finally the lady come to the "Glass Embankment" with other's in the waiting area over hearing the whole conversation mind you and begins prodding at her with ridiculous questions in a sarcastic snooty tone. Questions like; how did you meet, where did you meet, what do you do for a living, a lot of personal irrelevant questions, what does your husband do for a living? Why did you overstay your Visa? This lady had the audacity to tell my Wife its better if she had her baby in Norway; this lady was an American, what gives her the right to even discuss our baby, the baby%u2019s future for that matter? This is absurd, she goes on to prod her more and ultimately decided that we need to file a Waiver. Are you kidding me, another Waiver, do you know how many ridiculous Waiver's I/We have filed. It's more money, more money, round and round it goes where/when/who it stops for nobody knows, at least not me. It's insane, not to mention I must file a Hardship letter stating why I need my Wife with me here, Seriously, I must file my 2008 tax returns when the paper's request her to bring a copy of my Filed 2008 tax extensions of which we provided (Understand we've been married and I wanted to do everything by the back so for the past few years I've made sure I filed Danielle's taxes although this is not required as she is not even a citizen, but she is my spouse so I made sure we file jointly after the Vegas Wedding). Here we are back to square one all over again. How does someone have so little compassion, she had the nerve to tell my wife who was in complete tears having to go through this interrogation let%u2019s call it what it was, in front of all these other strangers listening in, watching this pathetic pregnant women get shot down, say to my wife "I know it's difficult, perhaps your husband not being able to be around for your child, and through the pregnancy, I know it%u2019s tough"! It may not seem it from this letter, but I' am at a loss for words.

To sum up what I'm requesting or reaching out to you all for is simple, if you could find the time to write a letter with respect to your relationship to us, to myself, or to my wife. Also, stating your regret and disbelief in this matter and the way this is being handled by your Country, fellow Countrymen if you are from this stupid place, the Land of the "NOT" free. If you do not have the time to write a personal letter, maybe if we could get a petition going, support petition of some sort signed and sent around, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sincerest regards, I appreciate your time and urgency with this matter,

Mr. Le'Von Warr
