Help Furry Feet Rescue Keep Operating

Furry Feet Has been in operation for 5 years as a non profit animal rescue. It was not until recently that we started to have an issue. In july 2010 there was a complaint about odors from the dogs in the yard. that issue was dealt with and quickly corrected. at that time the only dogs we had were our personal dogs. In the ONE YEAR that we have had our kennel license we have been visited an insane 8 times. Some of the visits were to check progress on work being done to improve the kennel areas. Yes we have received reprimands and they were corrected as quickly as possible. The state officials have been working with us as a new kennel. We are in the process of finding a new location but suitable places and the funds to purchase them are hard to find. We have complied with the code enforcement request to not take in any more dogs to this location. They are still revoking our license to do business within the borough.
