Hello everyone My name is Samantha Smith founder of the Montreal Girlicious street team. If you are a Girlicious Fan living in the province of Quebec you will find that we are not allowed to enter most contests (ie. Much Music video contest to meet Girlicious). We as Girlicious fans are sick and tired of not being able to enter these contests because of Quebec Laws so we would like you to sign this petition to help us create our own Quebec Contest. We are looking to create a contest translated both in English and in French for us to meet Girlicious. We just want to have the same opportunity as everyone else.
