To John T. Salazar State of Colorado Third District Representative Recent polls show the American people are beginning to wonder why the Federal Reserve is allowed to exist after ruining the economy of the American middle class. I and my family and friends have been watching the LEADERS in the House, the Senate, and the Presidential Administration ignore the fact that the Federal Reserve is responsible for this recession. They do everything they can to keep bills to audit the Federal Reserve in committee hoping they will die there. When I heard the Fed had not been audited for it's whole existence, I was in shock! I am beginning to think the most powerful of the 545 people who are running our Government are completely out of touch with the middle class majority or they are so corrupt they don't care. I believe it is time to Disband the Federal Reserve. Don Comstock

believe that the Fed. Res. Bank as a private entity is disallowed by the Constitution. I can't find my copy of the Constitution. In any case You should be allowed access to what the Fed is doing as you are ultimately responsible. Frankly it seems to me to be a unnecessary expense given our current economic status.

The power to issue this country's currency resides with the Congress. The Federal Reserve Act is unconstitutional and must be abolished.

End the FED, the criminal, unconstitutional organization that is behind the current economic crisis. The privately owned FED must be abolished if we have any chance to recover and be a free nation.

The Federal Reserve is a private corporation that has a monopoly over our monetary system with little to no transparency. Where in the constitution makes this legal? Oh that's right...there is NOT a place in the constitution that makes this legal. Which makes the Federal Reserve the largest unconstitutional entity in the HISTORY of these United States. END IT NOW.

Attn: Honorable Representative Allen Boyd Not only do I want to see the fed ended. I want to see an end to Fractional Reserve banking. Under this system banks create money out of thin air, (10 times what they have on deposit with the fed) loaning it out and getting paid interest for it. As the borrowers redeposit the money they borrowed the banks loan it out again and their effective interest rate can be over 50%. I want to see a bill requiring 100% reserve funds for the banks. This will stop the inflation that has eaten up the American dollar for the last 100 years. If you don't understand the mechanism that is actually happening or how to fix it please consider a brief history of banking (3.5 hours) recorded on DVD. You can get this history of banking at www.themoneymasters.com By following the procedures outlined in the DVD the federal debt could be eliminated within a very short period. As long as the Federal Reserve exists it will grow until it swallows us.

The money supply should be controlled by congress. The founding fathers of this great nation knew that having a central bank, controlled by private interests, would have devastating consequences. Wake up America!

The United States government and all it's agencies are public servants. They are to answer to the people. The people are no longer satisfied with the actions of the entity known as the Federal Reserve, and we are making our voices heard. According to Amendment 10 of the Constitution of the United States of America: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the PEOPLE."

There should be a federal audit of the Federal Reserve Bank. Then the bank should be overseen by the Treasury Department and not a group of private bankers whose names the public is not allowed to know. That money belongs to the American people.

The Federal Reserve was never authorized by the U.S. Constitution. The responsibility given to the Fed belongs to the U.S. Government. The Fed is and has always been an illegal entity which has done more harm to the U.S. economy than any other entity due to it's unsupervised actions. It is time, or rather way past time to abolish the Federal Reserve and return the control of money to the people of the U.S. through the elected officials and the U.S. Treasury. I hope that you will help do away with this travisty that has done so much to destroy our monetary system. Sincerely, Gregg Farris

This bill is essential in dismantling the fraudulent Federal Reserve who have managed to destroy this country's wealth and enslave so many hard working Americans in this great country. They have financed both sides of every major war all over the world and once we have the ability to audit them on a constant basis then we will be have the ability to prove their criminal behavior and bring these criminals to justice. PLEASE PASS THIS BILL INTO LAW SO THAT WE MAY BE ABLE TO TAKE THIS COUNTRY BACK AND MAKE IT A COUNTRY FOR THE PEOPLE AS IT ONCE WAS BEFORE THIS CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED ON THAT FAITHFUL SATURDAY IN SECRECY.

I am in the US Army Infantry, have served several deployments to Iraq and am in the middle of one now. I am a first-hand witness to how much money private corporations make over here at the Government's espense. After 8 years in Afghanistan and 6 in Iraq, the wars over nothing have helped to drain our economy terribly. I cannot stand to be over her anymore away from my family, so I am leaving the service....For nothing, no jobs back home and a terrible economy...It's a vicious cycle and I want change for my family and my country.

If people can't do any better than what we see then there needs to be a house cleaning period this place needs to be made honest as well. All should have to play by the same rules and learn to take care of the people fairly.

The Fed had its purpose, but now it is as bad as many of the problems it is supposed to help correct. Our entire banking structure needs an overhaul, and starting at the top seems like a great idea to me!

How long must America Pay for President Wilson Mistakes? End The fed and stop enslaving America. America was given the right to control our own money, Why have we handed it over to a PRIVATE bank which in turn is Ruling our country. I did NOT elect them and there for I DON"T want them in control of our Monetary system. REPEAL THE FEDERAL RESERVE ACT. Let America Regain control of our own monies and Save us trillions of dollars in debt.... No Interest if We print our money, which mean Taxes can drop enormously.

If a ship is built on falsehood and theft (which is what the FD is) one can leave it as is or sink it. The choice to remain on the ship is up to the passengers. But the captain (bankers) must sink with it.

The Fed enables you to spend more than you have. It encourages you to spend too much. Just STOP it.

Read the Federal Reserve own words and see who orchestrated the economical situation. They have bought the politicians through political donations and lobbyist in order to gain this abusive control over the government, the American citizens and global economics. This is the Federal Reserve Mission statement: "The Federal Reserve System is the central bank of the United States. It was founded by Congress in 1913 to provide the nation with a safer, more flexible, and more stable monetary and financial system. Over the years, its role in banking and the economy has expanded. Today, the Federal Reserve's duties fall into four general areas: • Conducting the nation's monetary policy by influencing the monetary and credit conditions in the economy in pursuit of maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates • Supervising and regulating banking institutions to ensure the safety and soundness of the nation's banking and financial system and to protect the credit rights of consumers • Maintaining the stability of the financial system and containing systemic risk that may arise in financial markets. • Providing financial services to depository institutions, the U.S. government, and foreign official institutions, including playing a major role in operating the nation's payments system." Go to the Federal Reserve web site and read in their own reports how they have manipulated the economy and the legislature to achieve their own power over the country and the citizens. http://www.federalreserve.gov/pf/pf.htm Find all the petitions you can that support HR833 to abolish the Federal Reserve sign them and share with everyone. Give the monetary and economic control back to the government Treasury where it belongs. By the Feds own statements either they have done the worst job ever and should be fired/abolished or they have manipulated and used their power to create the economic situation thereby demonstrating an extreme abuse of power threatening the American people and should be abolished and held accountable.

Time for a change that will work for and protect Americans while removing the enormous temptation placed in so few with so much power.
