HELP TO STOP TORTURING AND KILLING HOMELESS ANIMALS IN GREECE
It's Leo on this picture, a lovely and very friendly stray dog in a small Greek island called Poros. Leo was found the 15th of July 2008 in this condition at Neorio area. Someone had cover him with liquid acid,the poor dog was crying and trembling from PAIN!!
The person who did that, has to be found and pay for this...

Another shocking event in Chania at Fre village, someone (i have been told that everybody in this village know who did it BUT NOBODY IS SPEAKING) spit roasted BBQ'd & then hanged the dog in the main square.

Unfortunately most of the stray animals in Greece (all over the country), die by eating poison-ball or they are hit by a car!!Nobody is ever punished in Greece for these actions!!This must be stopped!!that's enough!! I need your voices to boycott the Greek Tourism if she doesn't enforce her animal welfare laws anf if the culpables are not punished!!!

Animals are my life..
I hate anyone that hurts animals and I'd do anything to stop them!I never wear furs or leather and I'm a vegetarian for 10 yrs.

Animals cannot speak up for themselves. We have to. Animals do not judge. They are not capable to cheat you or stab you in the back. A human seems an endless pit of cruel ways to treat another beautiful life. STOP AND LOOK AT THIS! STOP!
What makes a person do these things? What kind of a person does this? What for ? Someone who does this can only be called a monster and must be beyond help. I am so disappointed everytime I see or hear something like this.

The persons who did this to a poor innocent animal have no respect for life and they deserve to pay for this This is a SHAME for Greece and i don't like to go there for a vakation anymore.
The Mayor of poros has paid Leo's bill but i would like everybody to write to him to just make sure that they are building the shelter there for the safety of the animals that he said they would on the island of poros if they do it in poros the others may also follow and start caring, and thanks to all you animal lovers that care

I have adopted a street dog from Thailand and another from Romania and they are wonderful, sensitive animals. Being homeless and surviving on the streets is bad enough without human beings adding deliberate cruelty to thier suffering.
Why is this issue important to you?
Stop this barbaric cruelty now! Start sterilising!!!!! The only answer.
Sterilization is the only long term humane solution. Stop the killing now.
This is appalling. Greece is supposed to be a civilized country? How can your elected representatives let this happen? It MUST BE STOPPED.
A civilised community would not allow this to happen. It is criminal behaviour. The animals need all the support they can get. I support the dogs of Greece. I hope they know they are loved, even by people as far away as Australia. I believe in karma. The people that did this will get theirs!
Please make laws. When greek people believe in god, they shall believe, that animals are made by god to be the humans best friends. So treat dogs like they are your best friends! Dogs are so lovely and a friend for hole life. When human beings punish dogs or other animals, they have to be punished by law. Stop greek people doing bad things to animals.

Animals are fragile and need our protection
I can hardly believe how cruel some people can be! Nothing can justify that kind of cruelty against those animals or any other living being!
