Indiana Citizens in Support of Huntington's Disease Parity Act

As  Indiana constituents and voters, we the undersigned support the Huntington's Disease Parity Act, which would make it easier for people with Huntington's Disease to receive Medicare and Social Security Disability benefits.  We urge all elected officials in Indiana to strongly support and swiftly enact the HD Parity Act.
