"We The People and those around the world"

United States Judge Royce Lamberth granted a request by historian Stanley Kutler to have all classified documents, testimonies and any information pertaining to the "Watergate Scandal" be released.

Our Federal Government including Obama's administration's Justice Department had opposed releasing Nixon's testimony, citing the privacy interests of individuals named in the testimony. It is also my belief that the JFK Act 1992 requires the Federal Government to The Act requires that each assassination record be publicly disclosed in "full", and be available in the collection no later than the date that is 25 years after the date of enactment of the Act (i.e., October 26, 2017), unless the President of the United States certifies that: (1) continued postponement is made necessary by an identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or conduct of foreign relations; and (2) the identifiable harm is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in disclosure.

However, the "Public's Interest" now outweighs that of the Governments back door loop holes and their continued cover ups. The American people and those abroad, around the world "The Free World" who have united in this petition wish to have our voices heard. We have received the run around on both historical events for nearly 50 years. And we now say, No more time! We can be heard, we will be heard, together we can.

Should the postponement of both of these events be granted, then our Government only continues to aiding and abetting those who are directly involved with its political crimes. No one politician whether his rank is high or low, military or civil, who has politically committed any type of criminal scandal or participated in any assassination attempts should be immune to their crimes. They must face their consequences. (The Nuremberg Trials) The United States of America vet al. ("The Justice Case") 3 T.W.C. 1 (1948), 6 L.R.T.W.C. 1 (1948), 14 Ann. Dig. 278 (1948). For it is the people who vote them into office, and we the people have a right to know.

Therefore, it is our prayer, "The People's Prayer" Whom have signed and made sworn to this petition that this Supreme Court resides with the rulings of the United States Judge Royce Lamberth, and Congress holds an Oversight Committee Hearing immediately, without procrastination, to have all documents released related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, now that the HSCA Committee through their investigation has determined that a "Conspiracy" to assassinate the President has been concluded. We the people ask that all information related to the "Watergate Scandal" and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy be released immediately, without prejudice.

Scott Kaiser

We. the undersigned people, request that the United States Supreme Court resides with the rulings of United States Judge Royce Lamberth in releasing all documents, transcripts and testimony's regarding Nixon and Watergate, and others to unseal the testimony given on June 23 and 24 in 1975.

We the people also request a Congressional Oversight Committee Hearing be held on these issue's pertaining to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy without procrastination, and make it apart of an immediate Hearing.

We the people, have diligently awaited the release of all documents in which the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) determined through their investigations that a "conspiracy" to assassinate President John F. Kennedy has been concluded.

Armed with this information it now shed's light into what may obviously be a government cover up. Continuing to withhold this information from the American people, and those abroad, around the world, (only admits the governments guilt). I beleive if the government wishes to exonerate itself of participating in such an act it would release all information to the American people pertaining and related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Thanking you in advance,

Scott Kaiser for
