Justice to Protect our heaven sent!

On February 17, 2005 While in the care of a sitter my son Jason Andrew Robello became the victim of an unforgivable crime! When the autopsy came back it was stated my son died due to a "homicide"! His death certificate reads death was caused by "Homicidal violence including BLUNT IMPACT INJURIES TO HEAD" They also believe that my son suffered from "stangulation, affixation, suffocation" due to the assult. My son at the time was 10 months old. We had to lay him to rest on February 24, 2005 for he was brain dead due to assault. We fought all we could to get justice for my son but, our efforts were unseen for the sitter who killed my son only got a 2 1/2 yr. sentence. During the process of the case I had learned that my son was not the only victim of this person. For 9 yrs prior the sitter who assulted my son assulted another 1 yr old baby & again was released of the charges!  Now the sitter who hurt my son has been released from prison on 8/28/2008 after only serving  15 months. For in AZ. if you you receive 1 day to be released early from jail/prison for every 7 days you serve. Where is the justice for not only my son but, for the other children who have been a victim of Violent crimes. I tried & fought with the state to get a stricter sentence but was denied. I have fought to have the sitter kept in jail for his full term but again was denied. So I must act & am asking for everyone to sign this so we can protect the next child who may become the victim of this. I would like to see a minimum sentence of 20 yrs. for all child crimes that are "Death or serious injury" related. They should have to register for violent crimes against children no matter the crime. Please help me in this quest to protect our precious gifts from heaven! This is a start of my long battle but, I will Not rest till all of our children are safe!
