Xenia Tulupova has lived in the United States as a model "Citizen to be" since she was 14 years of age. Now 21, Xenia has lived in the area of Northern Virginia with her family, graduated high school in the county of Loudoun, continued her education at a local Community College, Applied at University, become successful with an international engineering firm, pays her taxes, follows the law, and most importantly has a profoundly positive effect on all of those around her.
Xenia's whole family lives here in Northern Virginia with her, her Mother has just arrived in the country legally. If Xenia is deported back to Moldova, she will be sent back to a country where she has no family, with no job and no place to live.
Xenia has lived the American Dream in a way that one seldom see's anymore, having come up so far to be a role model to her peers, and a positive influence on society. To take a person that fits such a high standard and to deport them without giving any notice or real reason is not only to lose a great asset to the country, but also to spite and punish an individual for following all the rules as best the could.
Xenia has until the end of next month (April) to file more proof to stay in the United States of America. A stipulation the INS has made is that she not send anything she has already sent. Which although should be more than enough and would be in many other cases, is suddenly after 7 long years suddenly insufficient.
That is why we, her friends and family must pull together and show the government agency that threatens to put her out why she should continue to stay here. We pledge to petition the Immigration and Nationalization Services Office and Staff to please consider the damage that is done when families are separated and when model citizens are ejected for following the rules.

We the undersigned petition the Office and Staff of the Immigration and Nationalization Services to allow Xenia Tulupova, 7 year long resident of the United States of America to continue to live in the state of Virginia and in the County of Fairfax.
Xenia Tulupova has lived and waited for nearly a decade in America to reunite her family. Her Mother has just arrived in the country and finally for her that dream would come true. Now she receives notice that she is going to be deported within one month and the government stipulations will give her no chance to fight on her own.
We do not feel it is humane, fair, or in anyones best interest as Citizens of the United States of America, or as her immigrated family to allow someone who sets such an excellent example of Citizenship to be deported despite her best efforts to stay.
We the undersigned want to thank the Staff and Office of Immigration and Nationalization Services for reading this petition and considering it's goal of protecting the status of a friend, sister and daughter to those living and functioning in America today. Please make family first. Please let Xenia Tulupova stay.
