Michigan: Ban Chaining of Dogs

We, voters in Michigan, want a bill introduced and pushed through to ban the tethering (chaining) of dogs for more than 20 minutes at a time.  After signing the petition, go to www.humanevoters-mi.org for more ways to help animals.

If you are not from Michigan, then do not sign.  Michigan Legislators are only going to listen to Michigan residents.
