Catholics worldwide thirst for and are entitled to the full deposit of the faith and the complete treasury of riches that the Church has to offer. For this reason, we respectfully call upon our Bishops and local pastors to permit and provide for the regular celebration of the Tridentine Latin Mass in every parish, worldwide, weekly on Sundays, or at a minimum on the first Sunday of every month.
