"Right to work " Fired without Cause

I spoke with Senator Harry Reid's office in reference to the definition of the Right to Work Law. Per one of his assistants, states that an employer may fire at will without any just cause. This law is long over due, its bad enough that you are being let go of your employment, but not even enough respect to give you warning or any type of explanation of what you did wrong, is ludicris!

This is total disrespectful to an human being, even children are to be explained why they are given a time out. Think about a head of household are working their hardest, working overtime to make ends meet just to be told out of the blue (no attendance or performance problems) you are no longer needed.  It leaves you with a feeling of being used.

This law must be changed!

AFTER SPEAKING WITH ONE OF THE SENATORS ASSISTANT IN WASHINGTON D. C. IN REFRENCE TO THE "RIGHT TO WORK" LAW STATES, ARE REALLY SAYING THAT "RIGHT TO FIRE WITHOUT ANY CAUSE" WHICH IS UNHUMAN.  THIS LAW CANNOT CONTINUE IN THIS DAY AND TIME, IT WAS WRONG WHEN IT WAS PASSED AND ITS WRONG NOW.  IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED IF YOU WOULD TAKE OUT TIME FROM YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE AND ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ADDING A SIGNATURE.  THIS TYPE OF LAW IS PROVOKING AND DEMEANING TO ANY LAW ABIDING CITIZEN. LET'S GET THIS LAW DISMISSED!

THANK YOU
