If you ever had Your Child taken away from you for no reason?Was You doing the Right thing to Raise Your Child&People assume that Your not fit as a Parent?Was there no evidence&still lose Your Children for no apparent reason?example:Your Children was Educated and made Good Grades,Was on the Honor Roll,You may not have worked but your Spouse or Significant Other worked for a living,Was there a Court Date and you were sick and you told your Attorney you were sick and you told your Attorney that you could get an excuse from that court date&Your Attorney Failed to tell the Chancery Court Judge that you were sick&had your Child Taken away because of that,Has Your Ex-Spouse lied about you to his Attorney, Has Your Ex-Spouse's New Wife ever been in the middle of everything and couldn't keep her nose out of it,Has Your Ex-Spouse's New Wife ever Came to Pick up your children&couldn't keep her mouth shut she always had to say something smart about things&told you about how much Your EX-SPOUSE MADE&It hits you that the Ex should be paying more child support,has your ex spouse ever abused your children&you took your children to the ER and a Social Worker told you to file charges and when you do he or she was only charged with domestic violence&you had strong evidence against him/her/them&they get away with it because of a Guardian Ad Litem was involved and the charges was dropped&then there is a court date and the Chancery Court Judge ruled in Favor with the Abuser?Have you ever had to call the Guardian AdLitem and had to beg him or her to see your child and when you did visit it had to be in a Sheriffs Department&have you ever tried to be recorded by your ex in the Sheriffs department and its illegal?When you did visit was it only for 2 hours&when your child was visiting his or her Father or Mother while there was an unsupervised visits he got your children all by there selves compared to you&have you ever wanted to talk to your children every night and then get a nasty phone call from the GAL and told you to cut it down for 2 nights a week?
[after you had them almost like 9 years of your childs life this isnt fair]. Has Your Ex ever sat down on his ass or her ass and depended on there Spouse or other to take there children to the ER and made you look like an ass or unfit[example:] You went camping and ya know everyone gets Miskito bites and you come home and its your ex time for there weekend and there wife/husband took them to the ER for no reason and the Doctor said there was no evidence for DHS Report&when its time for your child to come home your Child(ren) arent home and they filed petition against you because you went Camping and You and your family stayed in a camper and it was so called cramped?
I have been through this and I miss my Son every day and I want to talk to Him and I am afraid to say things cause my 10 year old childs Phone Calls are being screened by His Stepmother and Father and Me and My Husband raised my son to best of his strides, he had a roof over his head, food on the table, and Education that he was on the Honor Roll from 1st-4th grade,on the Accelerated Reader Program for 3 years, Was in the Gifted Program for 3 years,He scored the highest in the whole school from 2nd-6th grade the MCT Testing he received the Honor of Advanced Proficient Scores, Toys for him for any child could ask for&Love.
I was jumped on for My Son Calling my Husband Daddy, well if he was so upset about that why didnt My Sons Father come to every Play, Come Pick Him up for the weekends and depends on his Wife to pick him up&I was closing a deal on my home August 11th 2006 to move into and right after the Judge Ruled that My Son to be returned back on July 24, 2006 , My Ex's Wife was at my Home taking Pictures Home for no reason.
I have been in Family Litigation From July 24, 2006-Now and My Son was taken away from me on January 8th 2008. While I was trying to Provide my Son a better Education putting him in a Private School and according to the GAL&MY SONS FATHER&ATTORNEY SAID I WAS WRONG FOR DOING THAT!
My Father Passed Away from cancer July 16th 2008 and my son only got to see us for 1 hour thats sad.
My Mom , Husband , Sister&Me help provide my son for His well being.
PLUS THE MISSISSIPPI BAR RULED AGAINST MY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE GAL, MY FORMER ATTORNEY& MY EX'S ATTORNEY.
I HAVE FILED AN APPEAL AT THE MISSISSIPPI SURPREME COURT.
I have been called an Unfit Parent and that entirely untrue.

Child Abuse and Neglect, GAL Program
My Son John was abused by his Stepmother and Real Father and they both did this on a Church Parking Lot in front of My Sons Grandfathers Church and the whole church knew about it and didn't do nothing about it they failed to notify to DHS from this and my Son did hit back too only for Self Defense, when my Sons Stepmother took John out of the Church she hit him on the Buttocks Arms Back and Thigh and after that My Son hit back and she got mad as Hell about it when my Son told her the Judge told her not to be Hitting Him Good she got mad and then she left my Son out in the car and she told His Real Father and got mad and finished it off. I had this weird feeling of my Son was in real trouble but I had no clue until he was brought back Home the thing about it is she wasn't there when He dropped my Son off like she always is but one thing when he dropped him off he left in a big hurry then I was undressing him for a bath and I noticed the bruises and I immediately put his clothes on and me and my husband took him to the ER and then the DHS and the ER staff took pictures and immediately told me to File Charges against him and I did but one thing about it at the time I didn't know she was involved in it until 4 months after this and I tell you this I got hot mad about it and the Police is only charging him with Misdemeanor Domestic Violence and the Wife and Husband didn't hit each other they hit My Son John and it should be rephrased to Misdemeanor / or / Felony Child abuse and ya know the only thing why this happend is over a Little Game Boy being Loud and I was wandering why a Game Boy being in a Church to find out there where other Children in there with the same and louder than my Sons she had asked him to turn it down and with a little whisper he couldn't hear it and she got mad then this happend. This isn't the only one that happend she did this in 2002 with a bruise mark on his stomach and back and this was during My Sons Fathers Summer Visitation . On October 2003 again it happend but my Sons Father hit my Son with a C like buckle and hit it across hit Buttock DHS was notified and they didn't do nothing about it and the one on 2002 the Judge amended for her not to be present of the visitation and she failed to go by the Judges order . On April 2006 we moved back home from Starkville Ms to Florence Ms and the Lady didn't like us and we moved and we stayed with my brother until July 2006 well before July on June 1 2006 he was at his Fathers Home for 18 days From June 1-18 2006 and then we got tired of being under my brothers roof and while we were waiting for my home to be closed deal for us to be Moved in well on July 7 2006 my Sons Father had picked him up well we were at Timberlake Campground at Brandon in Rankin County in our travel trailer and my sons father argued me down saying I didn't have a permanent address and I told him about the house deal and more and he said he was going to petition to the court of taking my son away and I said he didn't have any grounds on this and the thing about it there is children lives out there and they get on the bus and off the bus there and then he said oh well this is me Im like well you will find out if we go to court. Well having him for 18 days and then on July 7 2006 and the order said 4 weeks 28 days for visitation and he was supposed to bring him back on July 17 2006 and never did and no John and I went horrific and went to the Police and Sheriffs Dept on reasons of Kidnapping they said I didn't have grounds of it . Well I called him to see if I can talk to John he refused and then I said I am coming to pick him up then he threw this up in my face said he got a court order of a restraining order and I didn't get those papers , he said I wasn't going to pick him up and then by coincidence on July 21 2006 I went to the Rankin County Chancery Court then there was this lady the process server fixing to send me the Papers and the Papers said in it a Emergency Restraining order and Modification of Custody and there was more there was a Medical Record of My Sons Stepmother took him to the ER and they treated it well little did I know it was over just about 10 Miscito however ya spell it and she was the one that took my son where was My Sons Father I don't know . The thing about it I was to appear in Court on July 24 2006 3 days to go to court and 1 day to find a Lawyer thank God I did but we went to court on July 24 2006 and the Judge Dismissed it cause it wasn't an ER and no Grounds then get this I was served again on September 16 2006 on almost the same thing but little different wordings saying I neglected him BY staying in a travel trailer and the bites and me my husband Mom and Dad and John in a 18 ft travel trailer saying the trailer wasn't useful like they accused me of saying that the Sink , BTHRM sink, Tub, stove , ac/heat , no electricity & no privacy in my son life wasn't working and it was when we bought it from SS Apache in Jackson Ms on Terry Rd it works . Then they said I neglected my son by making him use the Bathhouse and we let him run free didn't supervise him and we did supervise him at all times that said I didn't feed him it was going to interfere with his education dumb them . Then they said in the papers I didn't meet his Physical and Emotional Bare Necessities and Financial abilities Im like wow OK this is dumb and the Lawyer took this case . Well at the time of this we had moved in on August 11 2006 and they filed it on August 28 2007 and the papers are no good and get this They accuse me of neglect and the Damn Judge appointed an Guardian Ad Litem Im like wow again OK well this Judge is making me and him both pay $500 each for this Attorney and supposed to appear in court on October 1 2007 well my Sons Father owes me back child support and she and him are both in Contempt of Court and that said if we didn't pay the GAL we would be in Contempt Possibly Incarcerated and I must be doing something right cause my Son has been on the Honor Roll since 1st grade and on the Accelerated Reader since the 1st grade and in the Gifted Program also and had perfect attendance and more and you know apparently I must be doing something right If I had neglected John he wouldn't be on any of these am I right . They have made me , John , Mom , Dad and Husband really down in the dumps and has gave us Anxiety Attacks and Mom and Dads health had really ran down there Blood Pressure is Sky High and they both have suffered a Strokes from this and My Son has not been the same John since this stuff happend and I am so hurt about it . This is why I am so down. My Son has fears of going back there and he cries a lot about and asks us questions on it and My Sons Father isn't paying support at all . He hasn't seen John Since September 17 2006 from a no contact order. From what I have seen there is people in a lot more bad shape than I am and needs to be taken to court I dont . Me and My Husband are my Parents Caretakers/Givers and I make good money but my Husband is being Harassed about his income and they are asking my Parents if they pay My Husband and saying that isn't good enough the Lawyer and them that is . I sick and tired of this . In Texas in the Law System its considered Hardship and Community Service for the Elderly . I do my best and my Son has a roof , walls, food , baths, educated , anything a child can ask for and more so I did better myself dont you all think so .
See this is the Problem in the Court System too many People are so Egotistic and thinking of there own Motto and the World should Revolve around them and also being in the Center of Attention . There is some People that needs there rights's taken away or Restricted and Supervised until they prove there selves and I and My Family did not do anything wrong what so ever PERIOD.....
I hate that I have to Pour My Feelings on this and scatter my Whole Life on this but I want you all to know before you get a Big Shock and etc.... Cause if I did not care I wouldn't be telling you all this , cause if I was wrong I wouldn't be posting this me and my Family has been put through Hell and truly My Family are Victims and wrongly Accused for this. My Sons Stepmother has Alienated John and lies to too many people including her own Husband, I would talk to her about little things and she would go back to Him and twist it around or add to it and I get a Phone Call later in the day cussing me out or not letting Me or My Family get a word in Edge Wise then They Both would cry to there Lawyer and lie and say That the Judge said this or that and if they talked to the Judge and I should be Present and I haven't had a Paper sent to me By there Lawyer about what was said cause every time you talk to your Lawyer about some Issues and she/he would send out a letter of them not Complying with the Order of the Final Judgement and they both committed False Pretenses. Back to what I was saying about Custody and Child Support and GAL I text My Sons Father last year about the Child Support that I haven't received yet on September 2006 before Abuse this was August 2006 support I text him this I need the CHSP $$ and if you don't have it go borrow the $$ from your Family or Friend's if they can't get to u go to the Pawn Shop and Pawn Ur things and scrape it up or I will file !! and I get a Phone Call 20 minutes later from Him saying {he knows I have a Job} [don't know how to get it through his head] He told me to get off of my ASS and get a Job even if it was flipping burgers I told him look he has an Court Order to Pay and a Withholding Order if he has a Tax Job not a Self Employment it would be Garnished and every time he is behind it counts against him and I was only protecting him from it cause he has 2 other children I was thinking of and (later to find out when he filed against me August 28 2006 and I got the Papers on September 16 2006) If I had known I would had filed against him and I choose to get along with him for our child sake and there and I wonder if his Children are being treated fair or etc.. Cause I have known this for a Fact my Son has come home with Bite Marks from His Half Blooded Brother did one on his Back and ear and Stomach and his Brother see his toys every day and my Son don't and My Son plays with them and his brother takes it away from him and he cries to his Mom says to her John took my toy away from me then she goes whipping John . I remember in November 2005 that when Johns half Brother had an birthday party and Ill call his Half Brother Chase OK well Chase got Trains , Space Jump , Titanic , Dunking Booth and Inky the Clown for His Birthday and when it came for June 19th 2006 John asked Chase Sr Ill call his Father if he could have a Birthday like Chase did well did you know this Chase SR said no he couldn't afford it and ya know that party is about up to the Thousands of Dollars and that of course hurt John bad and I can see why too and ya know the only things John got was an YuGioh cards 1 Game Boy Game, 2 stuffed toys that belonged to Chase Jr from a Yard Sale , 1 Birthday Card and a 3 Inch Cake from Wal*Mart the YuGiOh cards cost 3.99 stuffed toys 1.00 Game Boy Game 10.00 from Target Cake 3.49 from what I said above card cost 50 C from the Budget Isle total of 17.98 if he couldn't afford it why did he buy a $300 bow and arrow from Bass Pro and 1978 Camper Trailer from a House down the road from him cost $500 and a brand new Honda Foreman 4 Wheeler 4x4 from Honda dealership on State St in North Jackson for $8000 and then a Deer Camp fee of $1000 a year then Owning his own Business and moved from a Trailer Park in Richland in the Bad Section OK to a $230,000 dollar 4 bedroom home 3 bath in Florence Ms and the down Payment of $27,000 so apparently he could pay up and not only this he is good in High Maintenance and doing well as I am too don't he know this is making him look worse than anything. I Love My Son so much. Now do any of you agree with me. Please tell me how you all feel. Ya know this I cant have any more Children cause I have Ovarian Cancer in 2005 and I had to have a Hysterectomy from this and they can Pop Babies and I can't why should they be this way and this isn't Fair is it??? for me to be treated like this now is it??? John is being ignored through out all of this cause ya know this for a Fact even though there is a No Contact order on Him do you know this Johns Grandparents from the other side has not contacted me or to see how John is or His Uncles or Aunts or Cousins has not called Him at all if it were my Grandchild I would have seen that I have saw my Grandchildren or Niece or Nephew or Cousin etc... This shows me how John is treated and get this John did not get a Birthday Card Money or Present from them. Now you tell me and that effects My Sons life and his Feelings. Well this is my whole story.

See this is the Problem in the Court System too many People are so Egotistic and thinking of there own Motto and the World should Revolve around them and also being in the Center of Attention . There is some People that needs there rights's taken away or Restricted and Supervised until they prove there selves and I and My Family did not do anything wrong what so ever PERIOD.....
I hate that I have to Pour My Feelings on this and scatter my Whole Life on this but I want you all to know before you get a Big Shock and etc.... Cause if I did not care I wouldn't be telling you all this , cause if I was wrong I wouldn't be posting this me and my Family has been put through Hell and truly My Family are Victims and wrongly Accused for this. My Sons Stepmother has Alienated John and lies to too many people including her own Husband, I would talk to her about little things and she would go back to Him and twist it around or add to it and I get a Phone Call later in the day cussing me out or not letting Me or My Family get a word in Edge Wise then They Both would cry to there Lawyer and lie and say That the Judge said this or that and if they talked to the Judge and I should be Present and I haven't had a Paper sent to me By there Lawyer about what was said cause every time you talk to your Lawyer about some Issues and she/he would send out a letter of them not Complying with the Order of the Final Judgement and they both committed False Pretenses. Back to what I was saying about Custody and Child Support and GAL I text My Sons Father last year about the Child Support that I haven't received yet on September 2006 before Abuse this was August 2006 support I text him this I need the CHSP $$ and if you don't have it go borrow the $$ from your Family or Friend's if they can't get to u go to the Pawn Shop and Pawn Ur things and scrape it up or I will file !! and I get a Phone Call 20 minutes later from Him saying {he knows I have a Job} [don't know how to get it through his head] He told me to get off of my ASS and get a Job even if it was flipping burgers I told him look he has an Court Order to Pay and a Withholding Order if he has a Tax Job not a Self Employment it would be Garnished and every time he is behind it counts against him and I was only protecting him from it cause he has 2 other children I was thinking of and (later to find out when he filed against me August 28 2006 and I got the Papers on September 16 2006) If I had known I would had filed against him and I choose to get along with him for our child sake and there and I wonder if his Children are being treated fair or etc.. Cause I have known this for a Fact my Son has come home with Bite Marks from His Half Blooded Brother did one on his Back and ear and Stomach and his Brother see his toys every day and my Son don't and My Son plays with them and his brother takes it away from him and he cries to his Mom says to her John took my toy away from me then she goes whipping John . I remember in November 2005 that when Johns half Brother had an birthday party and Ill call his Half Brother Chase OK well Chase got Trains , Space Jump , Titanic , Dunking Booth and Inky the Clown for His Birthday and when it came for June 19th 2006 John asked Chase Sr Ill call his Father if he could have a Birthday like Chase did well did you know this Chase SR said no he couldn't afford it and ya know that party is about up to the Thousands of Dollars and that of course hurt John bad and I can see why too and ya know the only things John got was an YuGioh cards 1 Game Boy Game, 2 stuffed toys that belonged to Chase Jr from a Yard Sale , 1 Birthday Card and a 3 Inch Cake from Wal*Mart the YuGiOh cards cost 3.99 stuffed toys 1.00 Game Boy Game 10.00 from Target Cake 3.49 from what I said above card cost 50 C from the Budget Isle total of 17.98 if he couldn't afford it why did he buy a $300 bow and arrow from Bass Pro and 1978 Camper Trailer from a House down the road from him cost $500 and a brand new Honda Foreman 4 Wheeler 4x4 from Honda dealership on State St in North Jackson for $8000 and then a Deer Camp fee of $1000 a year then Owning his own Business and moved from a Trailer Park in Richland in the Bad Section OK to a $230,000 dollar 4 bedroom home 3 bath in Florence Ms and the down Payment of $27,000 so apparently he could pay up and not only this he is good in High Maintenance and doing well as I am too don't he know this is making him look worse than anything. I Love My Son so much. Now do any of you agree with me. Please tell me how you all feel. Ya know this I cant have any more Children cause I have Ovarian Cancer in 2005 and I had to have a Hysterectomy from this and they can Pop Babies and I can't why should they be this way and this isn't Fair is it??? for me to be treated like this now is it??? John is being ignored through out all of this cause ya know this for a Fact even though there is a No Contact order on Him do you know this Johns Grandparents from the other side has not contacted me or to see how John is or His Uncles or Aunts or Cousins has not called Him at all if it were my Grandchild I would have seen that I have saw my Grandchildren or Niece or Nephew or Cousin etc... This shows me how John is treated and get this John did not get a Birthday Card Money or Present from them. Now you tell me and that effects My Sons life and his Feelings. Well this is my whole story.

Does anyone have any Advice that you all can give me I know I am in the Legal Dept but when your the target you can't use it. So what can I do to end all this the Legal Way Please cause I need as much advice as much as I can get PLEASE.

If you ever had Your Child taken away from you for no reason?Was You doing the Right thing to Raise Your Child&People assume that Your not fit as a Parent?Was there no evidence&still lose Your Children for no apparent reason?[example:]Your Children was Educated and made Good Grades,Was on the Honor Roll,You may not have worked but your Spouse or Significant Other worked for a living,Was there a Court Date and you were sick and you told your Attorney you were sick and you told your Attorney that you could get an excuse from that court date&Your Attorney Failed to tell the Chancery Court Judge that you were sick&had your Child Taken away because of that,Has Your Ex-Spouse lied about you to his Attorney, Has Your Ex-Spouse's New Wife ever been in the middle of everything and couldn't keep her nose out of it,Has Your Ex-Spouse's New Wife ever Came to Pick up your children&couldn't keep her mouth shut she always had to say something smart about things&told you about how much Your EX-SPOUSE MADE&It hits you that the Ex should be paying more child support,has your ex_spouse ever abused your children&you took your children to the ER and a Social Worker told you to file charges and when you do he or she was only charged with domestic violence&you had strong evidence against him/her/them&they get away with it because of a Guardian Ad Litem was involved and the charges was dropped&then there is a court date and the Chancery Court Judge ruled in Favor with the Abuser?Have you ever had to call the Guardian AdLitem and had to beg him or her to see your child and when you did visit it had to be in a Sheriffs Department&have you ever tried to be recorded by your ex in the Sheriffs department and its illegal?When you did visit was it only for 2 hours&when your child was visiting his or her Father or Mother while there was an unsupervised visits he got your children all by there selves compared to you&have you ever wanted to talk to your children every night and then get a nasty phone call from the GAL and told you to cut it down for 2 nights a week?
