Keep Scott out of Halifax

Target:
Mr and Mrs Macpherson
Sponsored by:
This petition is to kepp Scott in London, where he's happy.
He doesn't need Halifax, or a new school, new friends.
He's fine here he is!
If it comes down to it, I believe the undersigned wouldn't mind lending a spare room to him one night a week.

We the undersigned, believe that Scott should be able to remain in London. This is important, not just because we believe he helps create a positive learning enviroment in our school, but it is also humaine to allow him to remain at a high school he has adjusted to, and is respected at as a comical and serious young man. It has been statistically proven that students with a high GPA who transfer schools tend to recive lower marks. Adjusting to a new life in a new city may be difficult to a young man, especially during a time when he should be focusing on schoolwork, not making a whole new network of friends. If Scott could remin in London, it would be benifical to him. If needed, there are many houses with open doors to Scott, and he will never feel as if he had no where to go. We urge you, allow him to remain in London. Thank you for taking the time to read out humble opinion. We would only like what is best for Scott's well-being.

I can state 2 important reasons why Scott should stay in London, Ontario, Canada. 1) The adolescent years of a human being are the most important ones, what happens now effects how he will turn out in later years. His environment, his actions, and the actions of those around him will determine his limits and his future actions. Uprooting one out of their lifestyle at this point in life would have very negative effects on him. He will have to adapt to a new environment, engage and interact with new people, and live without his current friends. This will scar and destroy what he currently has effecting his future self, multiple years of development will be put to waste. His mind will react by trying to make a false reality to compensate for the missing years but that aura of self-denial will only last for a while until reality comes crashing down on him like the world trade center did on that sad September 11th and the sudden realization will scar him mentally and emotionally. The scars will take the place of the years of development, he may even wind up detesting the people who brought him to Halifax, and all these mental troubles will become a part of his future self. A formula for disaster. 2) The separatists in Quebec don't seem to understand that 'NO' means no so they will keep on trying to convince the public to get Quebec out of Canada, and when Quebec goes the provinces to the East of Quebec will follow. If this happens when you are there, this will most definitely do three things: - Add to the scarring to Scott mentioned earlier - Make it even harder to communicate with friends back in London - Put you in an economically unstable environment as any currency in the separatist countries will definitely plummet (unless the hold on to the Canadian Dollar) and any new country will have economic issues with trade laws and the struggle for a new government system.

This sucks, you shouldn't need that... place... you know, that thing you're moving to... Halifax! yeah thats it. Anyway you shouldn't move it is uneeded, unwanted and some other un- word... Well anyway if you move or not you'll still be a great guy. I beleive that you were my first friend at St. Marks, and I thank you for the great memories. For my final statement I say: "F*** you Halifax! and i hope it gets hit by a really... REALLY big JDAM" (before you move there of coarse) ~Kyle Miranda

Personally, I believe that Scott would be happier in London. But that's just my opinion. (:
