Mac DVD Burning Problem on Snow Leopard

It has become clear since the release of Snow Leopard, that customers have been having problems burning DVD's.

It has become clear since the release of Snow Leopard (and in some accounts, even before) that Mac customers can no longer burn DVD's on their computers. There are ongoing topics about this in the Mac Forums and other forums as well. Time and again, customers have written in explaining their problems, but there has been no response from Apple.

We demand that you fix this problem immediately as you have prevented us from using a very important aspect of our computers.

We also demand that you address this issue in the forum so we know what your stance is on the subject, and an ongoing time line of when it will be finished.

Snow Leopard came out in August and it's now the end of October. That's way too long for this problem to have gone on.

N/A. Never tested burning dual layer DVDs before I installed SL. But single layer DVDs and CDs burned w/o issues before AND after SL installation.
