We Want a Dog Park in Spotsylvania
To let county officials know that the citizens of the county are interested in having a dog park, and that county funds should be used to help develop and maintain the site.
SPOTSYLVANIA VA RESIDENTS ONLY PLEASE!
We the undersigned are expressing our interest in having a public dog park in Spotsylvania County. For many years we have wished we had a place to safely take our dogs for exercise and socialization.
Approximately half of all households own dogs, so this will be a very popular community resource. And by promoting the mental and physical well-being of our pets, it could even cut down on the number of dogs relinquished by their owners.
We are sure you will agree that County funds should be used to develop and maintain such a site for all to enjoy.
