Too many parents are saying it.  ....their kid(s) get bullied. The teachers & yard duties do nothing about it. The principal does nothing either. And parents are not heard, our kids are brave and stand up for themselves yet no adults of authority do anything about it.
Are your kids: hit, kicked, punched, pushed, teased, or worse at school? Or online? By other students? And the staff refuses to address your concern as valid?
Have your kids teachers been really rude or cruel and too harsh to your kids? Or been harassing because you didn't stop defending your child?
This is not OK and it must stop. It is illegal.
Our kids have a right to 1. A safe place of learning.2. to be free of harassment.

We the undersigned urge you to begin monitering school yard occurances of bullying and aggressive behavior. 
We urge you to create an anonymous system for reporting these incidents of bullying.
 We ask you to survey our kids and find out how widespread of an issue bullying is at Catheryn Gates.
 We ask you to keep parents informed of this data. 
We as you to train your yard duties to report school yard incidents of physical harm. 
We ask teachers reinforce warnings given to bullies. 
We ask  services be made available to kids who are victims of bullying. 
We ask you train your teachers on how to identify bullying.
Please address what defines bullying behavior to your: students, teachers and all site staff.  We want incidents tracked and monitored. We want Bullying to end at Catheryn Gates and we want our kids in a safe place to learn.
We want detailed instruction printed in the parent student handbook on how to and to whom to report bullying,  the district's definition of bullying and what the school site's policy for handling bullying is so we may protect our children and hold staff accountable for our kid's safety.
