Do you believe anyone could sustain the injuries that Angela Garbarino did from a fall? No, she was obviously pushed and slammed and punched and kicked and anything else he felt like doing. Maybe some anger management is in order for this disgrace to the police department.
Do you believe anyone could sustain the injuries that Angela Garbarino did from a fall? Of course she didn't. She was slammed up against the wall several times and then he beat her. I've taken some falls in sports and didn't end up looking like that ever!! Nail him to the cross.
no not at all thats too much damage from a fall
No body in there right mind would believe this? Sounds like a domestic excuse. Again, cameras intentionally turned off and she "fell". He was already aggressive toward her, when she was asking for her rights. You need to be admitted if you believe she just fell.
No
There is no way that 100 lb woman fell and made those injuries...
I do NOT believe Officer Willis's story. He is lying and needs to be held accountable.
Do you believe anyone could sustain the injuries that Ms. Garbarino did from a fall? ABSOLUTELY NOT. It takes a LOT of imagination to believe that those injuries were caused by a fall. It takes ZERO imagination to believe that those injuries were the result of an assault by that P.O.S. pu$$y EX-cop, Mr. Wiley Wills.
NO!
It depends on how hard the fall was.
Absolutey not in this case
It is a typical symptom of domestic violence to beat one's partner to a pulp and then claim that she "fell." That is very much a cliche in the mentality of a domestic abuser. Here you have a woman in handcuffs, powerless, and this officer takes the liberty to do precisely the same thing. His story that she "fell" is not believable even without the evidence of the video tapes. In regard to the video tapes, it is clear that she is unruly, yet it is also clear that in response, the officer takes her aside and assaults her. She is then placed in a chair with blood on her face near her mouth. If there is any rationalization for his use of force, it could have been made then. However, the officer then obstructs the camera. Ms. Garbarino continues to tell him that it is "wrong." She is obviously very dismayed at his violent behavior toward her. At this point, in the second video where we hear only sound, the force of her "fall" against the lockers is so violent and quickly repetitive that it would be asinine for anyone dealing with this case to continue to assert that it was a drunken fall as opposed to a violent beating. It goes without saying that his intent in obstructing the camera belies his act as well. He could have killed her during this incident. Her physical injuries were obviously extensive. The officer is clearly lying regarding the claim that she fell. In addition to being charged with attempted murder and gross negligence, he should be charged with lying to investigators. This police brutality goes far beyond an individual concern into a greater societal concern that cannot be ignored.
Never.
In order for a face to look that mauled by accident, she would have to be in a head on collision in an auto accident. She was clearly beaten. A fall on the face from that distance would not cause injuries that bad.
No, and this is almost the exact same thing the KKK said(or possibly another group) after killing Malcolm X's father.
