1) The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences would add the new National Military Television Award for Excellence Category, (like the students), to recognize historic http://www.Trooptube.TV film making and documentary Arts & Science works by our military in Six categories (Combine Event with Annual College Awards)
2) Charter update from 1946 as follows: Organization devoted to the advancement of telecommunications arts and sciences and to fostering creative leadership in the telecommunications industry recognizing all award recipients and ALL members of their Award Teams contributing to the magical creative process in an online Award Team Showcase of Best Supporting Happiness. http://TickettoHappiness.Org
