With American Eskimos and American Eskimo breeders working hard to build their breed recognition, this could critically impact the attendance and membership of American Eskimo breeders in UKC and harm the breeds' popularity and public exposure. As American Eskimo Breeders and dog lovers in general, we believe that it is time the UKC recognize the Toy size of the American Eskimo breed, in line with other well recognized organizations.
"By signing this petition, I would like to add my voice to urge the UKC to adopt breed standards accepting American Eskimos under 11" tall."
We have begun a petition to have UKC adopt breed standards to recognize a Toy American Eskimo, in line with AKC and CKC standards.
