Abolish The Slaughter of Whales

Japan has decided to break an international ban on hunting Whales. They get away with this by claiming this is all for Research. But, they slaughter thouusands of whales every year for "Research"? They could get as much information from one whales ear than they can get by killing thousands every year.
This petition is to stop all whaling for good.
Japan has six whaling vessels. Is that nessesary? In reality Japan is making money off this. Which means, this is all for money. All of the whale meat is sent to Japan's food market for they enjoyment of the society.
If they keep this up, their will be no whales in under ten years!
They claim it is there culture. Which is False!
Can you not see that these whales are vital to our food chain?
If we lose whales the whole food chain goes wrong and our oceans are nearly unuseful!
Whales know what is happening, when they see there mom getting taken away and killed what type of stress does that put on the animal?
