Dear President Barack Obama and Members of the United Nations,
We are at a time in our history when it is vital that members of the many faiths around the world step forward in unity and express our mutual desire for all wars and genocides to end.
In the name of Peace, we come to you with the universal edict of every one of our faiths - which is that we must respect and love one another regardless of culture or belief.
The tears from around the world have become deafening, and it is the purpose of the all people - to be peacekeepers - to defend the rights of religious freedom. It has always been the work of the United Nations to do the same.
After the Holocaust of World War II, we said 'Never Again.' We have not kept that promise.
People of faith - of many faiths - hold true that whatever differences our individual religions may hold - our religions ALL teach peace.
We want action to stop the Wars and Genocides in Africa, the Middle East, the conflict over Tibet, etc. We realize that United Military Actions may be necessary in some instances, especially involving genocides.

We cannot justify the pain we are causing with a political agenda and we as a nation cannot sit back and watch as the innocent die at our hands. We do not create friends or peace by force. We do not create a safe world for our children by making it unsafe for children in other parts of the world. We can not expect peace if we are not willing to show peace. We are as one living on this planet and each person we kill we only dig another shovel of dirt for our own graves. There is a wave of greed, power and coruption that is sweeping the world and it is powered by the very few who owe no allegence to any country. We have to find a way to stop them before we all pay the price of their imperialism.
