A new revenue stream for the multimedia community is unfolding.
DataRevenue.Org is leading the way to a new income stream by soliciting the Senate Committee on the Judiciary and the House's Committee on the Judiciary. We have also submitted Petitions for Rulemaking before the Library of Congress's Copyright Royalty Board and The Federal Communications Commission.
Basically, we believe there should be a statutory rate set for the deliverance of copyrighted multimedia via data infrastructures. Current copyright laws do not address data specifically because multimedia messaging, (mms) is a fairly new technology. DataRevenue.Org has licensed technology that will enable its members to data optimize their content to traverse existing mobile networks like 3g and also those which are currently being developed, mobile2mobile, peer2peer.
We want to insure mobile peer2peer abuse does not destroy the future of data revenue growth for the multimedia community the way it did via the Internet. In fact, under our initiatives quite the opposite will occur via peer2peer multimedia data exchanges.
Think about the growth potential the creative community would have experienced had a statutory rate been established early on for all multimedia downloads via the Internet. That was a massive missed opportunity. Now we are at a similar benchmark moment with data.

We are gaining momentum with our initiatives and we ask your help to
be heard at the highest congressional level possible. These are
important issues about multimedia copyrights that can help reverse the
negative effects Internet peer2peer transactions and digitization are
having on multimedia industries.
1. DataRevenue.Org has a perspective that is different from anything
out there because we are moving on what will be instead of amending or attempting to fix what's going on now.
2. Our initiatives consider all industries affected by digitization --
this is why we are inviting these industries to sit at the table
equally.
3. We seek the enlistment of wireless carriers (data infrastructures)
and their secure method of delivery to collect copyright holders'
revenue.
4. It is important to show Congress that a statutory rate for ALL
multimedia on data networks is in the best interests of everyone
involved in the mobile multimedia arena.
5. It is equally important to show Congress that NOT having a
statutory rate for mobile2mobile multimedia will lead to the same
disastrous peer2peer abuse that happens via the Internet.
6. It is also our goal to show Congress that a form of copyright
infringement is taking place whenever rights holders' work is
delivered mobile2mobile, peer2peer for a fee without giving the rights
holders a fair share of the pie.
In particular, an audience with Congressman John Conyer's
Committee On The Judiciary would be prime.
We believe looking forward, The Committee should at least know these
initiatives exist as they will go a long ways towards consolidating
the "collectives" which will help ease further fragmentation and
complications caused by slapping amendments on old laws to adjust for
modern day technologies.
