- The petitioners are members of the AAA East Central region (primarily located in Western Pennsylvania).
- The petitioners request that AAA's East Central Region provide legal defense reimbursement to its members for traffic ticket defense as a membership benefit.
- If adopted, members would be entitled to $50 reimbursement in primary court, and $75 in any higher court, for legal fee reimbursement related to traffic violations.
- AAA's Mid-Atlantic Region (Eastern PA, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia) already reimburses its members for defense fees.
- The petitioners hereby request the same benefit.
