Please Ask the Care2.com site to Add a "not signed" button on petitions...

I STARTED THIS PETITION NOVEMBER 25, 2010 AND RECEIVED MANY SIGNATURES RIGHT AWAY. TO DATE THERE ARE 67 SIGNATURES. IN ADDITION TO THE SIGNATURES THERE WERE SEVERAL SIGNERS WHO LEFT WONDEFUL FEEDBACK AND COMMENTS, ALL POSITIVE WITH NO REASON AS TO WHY THIS PESTITION COULD NOT MAKE IT'S GOAL AND BE DELIVERED. MY REASON FOR EDITING AND UPDATING THIS PETITION TODAY IS BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN A DRY SPELL AND IT HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY SIGNATURES IN QUITE A WHILE. I WAS HOPING TO BRING ATTENTION TO IT AGAIN AND GET MORE SIGNATURE. PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS FROM THOSE WHO SIGNED AND SEE THAT MANY PEOPLE FEEL THE SAME AND CAN SEE HOW THIS WOULD BE A GREAT BENEFIT TO ALL WHO ARE ACTIVE ON THE CARE2 SITE. I am starting this petition to ask the Care2 Petitionsite to add on a button at the area where you sign the petition that says "Not Signing" with a place to comment as to why it is not being signed and giving the option to remain anonymous. There are many petitions that are not signed for alot of reasons. By adding this option it would benefit both sides, the petition writers and the petition signers. The writers benefit by getting feedback from those who opose the petition and the signers get both options to sign or not to sign and be able to comment either way. The comments from those who sign and those who don't sign will be of great benefit to future petition writers as well as signers and help to have more informative petitions written that help explain the cause better and help everyone to understand the reason behind the petitions. Thank you for taking the time to read and sign this petition. If you choose not to sign please feel free to leave a comment anyway (the cause that inspired this petition).

Dear Care2.com CEO's and all administrative officers,
We the undersigned would like to request that you add an additional button at the signature section of the petitions on your site that would say "not signed" and have it be able to be clicked on but not have it linked to the signature part of the petition but instead be linked to a a section where a comment can be left by the person who has taken the time to read the petition but does not feel they can sign it due to their beliefs and various other reasons but would like to leave a comment that could explain why they are not willing to sign it and what they think could make it a better petition or say why they feel it should not be submitted at all. The comments can have the option to be annonymous or the commentor can leave their information so that the petition creator could contact them and discuss it in detail and together a better more productive and overall helpful petition can be submitted. Please read the comments of the people who have already signed this petition to get an idea of where we are coming from with this addition in mind. It is a great idea and can only benefit everyone involved.
