This is a petition request from all of the St. Louis Blues hockey fans who are currently unable to view the full 74 games as advertised by the Fox Sports Midwest Network. While both the Network and our satellite/cable providers have been giving us the run around as far as who is responsible for the fact we cannot view these games, we who have signed this petition implore the network and its providers to air the additional games that we currently are unable to see in our viewing areas.

Dear Mediacom (and Dishnetwork) it is totally unacceptable that you print ads advertising a full 74 games in HD in newspapers on on television promoting the new schedule you can't deliver on. Furthermore, because of the big 12 contract FSMW never delivers on the HD content for the games under contract. I must let all Blues Sponsors know I am boycotting their products and services until this is resolved. I am no longer buying blues tickets because of this. I know the only way this will be resolved is if the consumers can make people feel it in their pocket books. THey are the ones who need to put more pressure on the parties involved to get this resolved ASAP.

I really think this greedy battle of wits needs to end. It's just going to hurt the Blues in the end by driving fans away. If people can't see the games, they won't COME to the games.

Dish, FSM and the Blues - you guys are making it kind of hard to follow the Blues. When hockey and the NHL are struggling to retain/obtain their fan base I'm not sure how this move makes sense for anyone. While I enjoy hockey on the radio now and again, the number of games we have already missed and will continue to miss is absurd. I'm not sure if this is an attempt by Fox Sports or the Blues organization to obtain more money, Dish of course is pawning it off on they don't want to have to raise fees to their customers in this economy. How is it that other cable providers are providing these games at no additional charge then. There is definately a rat in the woodpile somewhere and it stinks for the fans.

I have been told by my satellite provider Dish Network - they would rather lose me as a customer than pay the fee that FSMW is wanting for the Blues broadcasts. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with...period.... If this is not resolved by the midway point of this season - when my contract is up next year I am switching to U-Verse...

Dish network is advertised throughout scotttrade but yet we are not seeing 30 something games this year? Makes no sense. They shouldn't be able to advertise at the arena! Won't go to Direct because they don't have versus.

I believe us Dish network customers should be able to see all of the Blues games we pay to see. If this does not get fixed we will not be very happy with Dish Network. Every other company shows all of these games and I would like to see them.

I am looking to cancel my dish contract once it expires and will no longer do business with them because of not supplying me with Blues Hockey and FSMW. In today's age and economy they should do everything they can to provide the best service and competition to hold customers. This is complete lack of care for its subscribers.

This impasse should never have occurred. It was incredibly unfair to DISH subscribers who received no choice in the matter and had no control over the situation. Both DISH and FSMW should be ashamed of themselves for putting greed ahead of the customers, and hopefully will lose enough subscribers and advertisers from this to make them think twice about pulling this kind of stunt again. Unbelievable.

i have called to complain and potentially cancel over this issue, and was treated very rude. i just signed up in June, so my cancellation fee was 250. once my contract is up, you can be sure i will be taking my business elsewhere over this!

I have not watched FSN-MW since October 15th. I get my hockey fix by watching as many games as possible on Center Ice. I am on a month to month contract billing with Dish Network and am seriously looking into U-Verse. This, FSNMW said/ Dish Network said runaround is transparent. I am a season ticket holder for the Blues and have no problem watching other hockey or going to a bar to watch a blacked out game. You both are going to lose me if this is not resolved in an expedious manner.
