We are all cosidered to be "Earthlings", with a right to be free and safe. Dogs to cats......are mans best friend and companion. All animals should be respected just as us. Being a dog owner myself, our animals look up to us, we are there parents....if you will. We are there keepers and have a responsibility for them. They look up to us. Actions speak alot louder than words. It saddens me to know that such a young person can cause near death to an innocent animal, its soooo wrong. I do hope he serves time for his behaviour and abuse, perhaps it will give him time to think. Prison time souds good to me, with no paroll.
