Death and destruction in Iraq

An American Apology

Target:
The Iraqi people and the World Community
Sponsored by:

"On behalf of the majority of Americans, we apologize to the Iraqi people, and the world community, for illegally and fraudulently invading a country which posed no threat to our national security, for the vast destruction of property, for the loss of countless human lives, for the disruption of society and subsequent political and social chaos, and for our government which has abandoned and betrayed the values which American democracy has traditionally stood for."

This country's politicians are out of control. I never understood why if someone gets into trouble in this country we get a jury of our peers, but our CONGRESS is full of rich people. How can they represent the majority in this country? That is the poor and middle class. If our judicial system is set up this way why then isn't our legislative body? Also, we need to give the people the information as far as how much war is going to cost and take the decision of declaring war from the president to the people. We as a people of the United States are the government then why do we leave such an expensive decision of declaration of war to one man? The Constitution needs to be revived and revised for modern times!!!! We the people of the United States did not declare this war!!!! We did not make this infallible decision.
