Apparent Health Warnings on Cigarette Packaging in America

Do you think cigarette use will decrease because of improved labels and health risk awareness?

Non-apparent warnings are subliminally allowing smokers to grab a pack             of cigarettes and continue their use without the consideration of risk. Other countries have agreed to use these labels and have had affective results. If these harsh labels helped the rate decrease in other countries, shouldn't it help in ours?
