ARE COURTS CARING ABOUT ANIMAL NEGLECT?!

We the undersigned don't believe that animal neglect or abuse is something to take lightly.

Its a written fact that this woman has not respected ANY law , COURT or ANIMALS.  Delays are inappropriate with view that this woman has been in the systems before and set free to do more neglect/abuse, over the years. 

History accounts for itself, but is the courts taking in account their non-actions and what that may seem, to the animal caring communities thru out this nation?

This case is closely being watched, and publicized.  Which the animal welfare and animal loving communities are asking for justice, and appropriate actions from the courts concerning CYNTHIA ANNETTE CUERVO.

we thank you for reading our petition, and for taking steps to ensure a decision that meets the punishments of the crimes, ending this woman's ability to continue on in abuse of animals, and disrespects to the law & courts.
