Are YOU okay with someone killing your grandparents?

Florida law prohibits decedents from fighting against doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice laws resulting in death. If the person that dies is not married and has no dependent children, under 25, than nothing can really be done. It is a discriminatory law that makes it so the elderly can be killed at the hands of neglectful doctors without any remorse. I am recently a victim of this. And I am out to change the law, so that any one that has a very close relationship with a recently deceased person can make the party at fault take responsibility.
