Ask the candidates: Armageddon - Pro or Con?

Target:
Obama McCain Biden Palin
Sponsored by:

Senators McCain, Biden and Obama, and Governor Palin,

All the four of the major-party candidates for President and Vice-President have declared themselves to be people of faith.  While we believe that most matters of faith are rightfully private, you have each asserted your faith as one reason we should trust you to make difficult decisions on our behalf.  Therefore, it is our right to know how your faith informs your decision-making process.

One of the gravest trusts we, the American people, give to our President is the terrible decision to use nuclear weapons.  From your relationship with God and your understanding of what God wants for and from you, America and the world, if God and we the people of America put this power in your hands -- is Armageddon holy prophesy, an inevitable step on the path to God's Kingdom, or is Armageddon an unnecessary tragedy for humanity that we must strive to avoid?

We want to know where you stand

Religion has no place in Politics. Religion is our belief not the governments. Get it out, keep it out and get and keep out Nuclear weapons. Our government needs to stop using god as a scapegoat and start taking responsibility for their actions. In this life no one is above the law or god.

The American public has a right to know how you identify with the nonviolent imagery of Jesus and Paul and the violent imagery of the Book of Revelation. The choices you make in this regard make a real difference in the fate of our nation and the entire world if you lead the next US administration.
