Target:
President Obama, Whitehouse Chief of Staff and the Nominating Committee
We the undersigned people of these United States nominate Attorney Richard I. Fine for the office of U.S Supreme Court Justice.  President Obama promised to listen to the voice of the people, now here are our voices.

We the undersigned people of these United States nominate Attorney Richard I. Fine for the office of U.S Supreme Court Justice.  President Obama promised to listen to the voice of the people, now here are our voices.

We the undersigned  people believe that Attorney Fine is the choice for the people, as he has hindered his prominent career in the face of seeking justice for everyone.

Attorney Fine is a taxpayers advocate, he fights for Due Process for all concerned and he believes in the rule of law.  Attorney Fine has shown himself approved thoughout the Country.

Attorney will bring compassion, understand and experience to this position.  President Obama, you stated that you wanted someone with life experiences as opposed to having judgeship experience.  Attorney Fine is your candidate and well as the people.  We also believe that this appointment would be the beginning of restoring trust back into our judiciary system once again.

In closing, we ask that Attorney Fine be considered and go to the confirmation.  Again, President Obama, this is the voices of the people. and thank you for your consideration.

Corruption starts at the top. So if the judicial system is weak and corrupt, it mean the people at the top is not doing what is needed.

This is the greatest petition!! This position is perfect for a man as great as Mr. Fine. He has already proven he is a leader, and fully represents truth and justice for the people. Mr. Fine should be released immediately. He should be commended and rewarded for exposing the truth about corruption in our judicial system. But instead, he was chastised and silenced for his courageousness by yet another corrupt, unethical, bias, and power hungry judicial officer. Anyone allowing him to sit in jail for one more day, and from being released should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this blatant abuse of power to keep Mr. Fine silenced. I for one would love to see Mr. Fine as the Supreme Court Justice, to continue his efforts to clean up our judicial system. Particularly, the growing pandemic of corruption in the California Family Law courts. Judicial injustices are occurring at an alarming rate, endangering our children, who have been abused and or neglected by a parent, and who are begging for protection. Protective Parents attempting to use the legal channels to protect their children, are being chastised and blamed for protecting their children by corrupt commissioners, judges, therapists, attorneys, evaluators, etc. They are awarding sole custody to the abusive parent, or at the minimum, unmonitored visitations. These children are not being protected and the corruption needs to stop to ensure our children's safety. Mr. Fine could be the change our children desperately need!!

Please consider Fine for U.S. supreme court. His courage to stand up for the constitution is what we need in a Supreme Court Justice. Supreme court justices are to rule based on the constitution, which is what Fine will do, not their own intuition or feelings. Thank you for your consideration

Fine has been wronged by bringing to light a very sneaky side of California justice. Where are the Lawyers (officers of the court) when the system truly needs them to stand up and speak up? The big firms are afraid they'll lose the business from the County and the sole practitioners and small firms are afraid. This week the Supreme Court ruled that Judges must recuse when there is a conflict of interest. That is the cue for the Lawyers to stand up and do the right thing.. So, do it!!!!!!! You are either part of the problem or part of the solution.....

After reading the article in The Times, I think he strongly believes he is being targeted by some corrupt politics. Good luck Mr. Fine and stay strong.

I am a homeowner in Marina Strand Colony II. We were represented by Richard I. Fine in our lawsuit MSCII vs the Del Rey Shores Joint Venture North. Fine was removed from our case by the State Bar on a complaint entered several years before, just in time to damage our case and also The Coalition to Save the Marina's case against the same developer. This action resulted in the impoverishment of the Coalition. In our case, we lost some money. Plus Fine discovered that the developers had contributed to three of the Supervisors over $250 within the year, which should have disqualified them from voting. Although this was in Fine's brief, our new lawyer did not bring it to Judge Yaffe's attention. Yaffe did rule in our favor and required a partial recirculation of the EIR. However the developers continued to prosecute Fine, and managed to get an award of $47,000 attorney's fees since Fine missed one deadline by one day. They brought up 16 contempt charges against Fine, and only two were sustained, and those dealt with the attorneys' fees. This process must have exceeded what ever money they hoped to get from Fine and clearly shows a malicious intent to ruin Fine. We can also see into the characters of the developer's lawyer, R. J Comer and the developer D. O. Levine by looking at their December 16, 2008 testimony in the illegal L.A. County hearing on the Shores project. Comer failed to tell the whole truth by implying that the total cubic yards of material exported from the Shores project does not exceed 100,000 cy. Levine persisted in stating the applicants were the original del Rey Shores Joint North Venture whereas County staff and the supporting papers stated the name as North Point Venture. So by claiming there was a typo if they were caught, they could slip in a new applicant without necessarily having to apply again and then when the permits were certified, an entirely new company would enjoy the rights without applying for them. You can find the testimony and manipulation of County documents discussed at http://web.mac.com/dhg7/Site/Blank.html

I am in total support of Richard Fine and I believe this what our country was founded upon. We need to root out the greed and plant a need seed in order to recieve a new breed. Justice for all or no justice at all.

Let's take this all the way. My sister has been taken through a cruel process. She was the victim of domestic abuse, yet, she was the one persecuted and dragged through the mud. Let's demand justice and bring the power back to the people.

Absolutely, Richard I Fine has proven without a doubt that he is righteous and committed to the application of justice. He is committed to the preservation of civil liberties, honesty & the judicial integrity of the state of California. Richard could restore the once dignified, respected character of the California Courts if appointed a Supreme Court position. Richard I Fine is a significant instrument for the baptismal cleansing of America's most corrupt judicial system. He has proven his mind, heart and soul are not reprobate to recognize good from bad and he has according to scripture "Daniel 13" exposed some of this corruption according to God's will. We the people pray that Richard I Fine be trusted with the purification of a diabolic system.

As a former United States Marine, I support Barrack Obama. As I sit and type this letter with all sincerity, hoping that it falls under the right pair of eyes… I want all to understand that I support Mr. Fine, for the EXACT same reasons I support Obama: CHANGE. Pardon me for being OUTRAGED... But, when CPS has the authority to wrongfully STEAL a 48-hour old, newborn child from her loving mother (College Professor) and father (Marine Veteran)... without ANY record of abuse or harm toward the child… it then constitutes a sense of urgency, while becoming QUITE obvious just how imperative having a man of integrity, and a cognizant mind (in an authoritative position) really is. That man is Attorney Richard I. Fine. Place this man in the upper echelon of the hierarchy, to follow through with the plan of attack: Universal Change. We started this change with The Honorable Mr. Obama... Now let us complete the mission. Change is absolutely nothing, without being COMPLETE. If Barrack Obama is indeed the man I believe he is, then he will make this happen in expedient fashion. Semper Fi. God Bless you all.
