Back to the basics, Home Depot!

Home Depot under the original founders offered much better pay,benefits and work environment for its employees while also offering superior customer service.Since the founders are no longer involved the company has deteriorated tremendously, causing major loss of revenue and profitability. Employee turnover is very high and employeres are not given the manpower and training needed to truly cater to their customers. This is a call for Home Depot to return to its roots and make good on its IMAGE of being an awesome employer and in so doing re-establish faith in its customer case.
Dear Sirs:
    Many fine workers have come and voluntarily left your company while thousands of others endure conditions promoting this in the current store workplace. Many such workers do care about customers but are left with very poor manpower and training to provide the best service. In addition, a number of employees struggle to buy enough food to survive or live in their cars or homeless because they cannot afford housing in their area and your company is against overtime.Employees are forced to accept inaccurate and damaging performance reviews with no recourse. 

    If you want to restore this once-great company to its former glory, you need to return to the basics!
