PETA's ads and publicity stunts sicken me, and this latest crap of handing out "un-happy" meals to little kids outside of mcdonalds has gone too far, and how about the commercial that was banned from the superbowl last year, what was the point even? i have had enough of this they have to go! not even mentioning their ties with the alf, and elf, which are considered terrorist groups by the FBI!

Given the reports to the astronomical number of animal deaths, after obviously using abused animals for sensationalism to gain money for advertising not 'saving' animals is misleading and fraudulent. I alone placed more animals last years than PETA 'per ca pita' I have no budget. CARE2 petition to expose PETA for what they really are. I care for all animals especially the wildlife in this country. And it saddens me when I express my feelings that I have to make clear I am not with P.E.T.A. for people make get wrong idea. It is a horrible organization like a few others that do the same thing. I believe in fighting the good fight AS LONG AS YOU DO IT LEGALLY AND LAW BIDING!! I sign this petition with all my heart. Close these organizations that do evil.

PETA is a wacko group that should be shut down. The money needs to be transferred to caring organizations that are about the "treatment and care" of animals. The words PETA stands for is not what the organization stands for. What does renaming fish have to do with the "ethical treatment of animals?" Shut their shelters down and use the money to educate children on care and compassion of animals, free spay and neuter clinics, shutting down puppy mills and back yard breeders. To convict animal abusers and idiots that neglect their animals. We need to "solve" the problem and that is not by killing all the abandoned animals. Everyone needs to support the North Shore Animal League, the Best Friends Animal Sancturary or just thier local shelter to help care for the abandoned animals and find them loving homes. Killing all the abandoned animals is not the answer - education, manditory spaying & neutering, convictions of abusers and finding homes for as many abandoned animals as possible is the way to go.
