Ban the Mutilation of Reptiles
We,the undersigned,petition the Congress of The United Staes of America,to introduce and enact legislation prohibiting the mutilation,display and sale of mutilated reptiles in markets and grocers in the continental United States and it's possessions.We also request an investigation be initiated within the 28th congressional district concerning an incident that occurred at 99 Ranch Market,store # 1066,338 Barber Lane,Milpitas,CA.95035 in which a reptile was mutilated and put on display in an open uncontrolled environment which also violates health and food safety laws in the state of California.We believe this is cruel and inhumane treatment of reptiles,as it would be to any living creature.I have attatched a video for review,in regards to the incident at 99 Ranch Market .
