Every bit of plastic ever create unless deliberately destroyed still exists and will continue to do so for hundreds or more years. This waste despoils the countryside as litter and fills garbage dumps ruining land that could otherwise be left pristine or used in other beneficial ways. Not only that it is even toxic for us leeching harmful false estrogen into their contents. On top of that are the resources spent creating them and the fuel consumed in carrying them by the millions to us. And finial they undermine access of clean water for all people by put a price on what should be free. In other words there is no good reason from there continued usage especial since there are readily usable alternatives available |
