A MISSION of PROTECTION
This is a World Wide Petition. We as responsible, protective, concerned citizens and parents of children in the USA and abroad are starting a movement to PROTECT our children and others through the PREVENTION of medical misdiagnosis.
There seems to be a lack of strict GUIDELINES and ACCOUNTABILITY measures set up to PREVENT issues such as Rebecca Riley's and 1000's from occuring.
We also want to put a STOP to doctors being able to profit from prescription drug peddling and drug companies from manipulating the medical system and media for profit.
We are asking anyone who would like to join our movement please sign our petition. We want to get at least 1,000,000 signatures! We are also asking you to forward this to any and all who would join us and speak out against this greed system.
We are asking all Leaders who see these abusive situations to support this movement and publicly speak out and help stop the vicious cycle NOW.

Current Bill Protest:
I protest any passage of any bill in the U.S. Congress to screen and promote psychiatric drugs to pregnant and new mothers, and particularly to S. 1375, The MOTHERS Act. I urge you to defeat this bill in the Senate immediately by stopping it in the HELP committee. I urge you to defeat it in the Senate vote, should it make it out of committee.
Furthermore I urge you to conduct an investigation into antidepressant drugs and consider passing a ban on any future government-endorsed mental health screening or psychiatric drug promotion efforts, as well as banning government funding for development of new antidepressant drugs.
This bill endangers mothers and children and puts the public at risk. It invades our privacy and denies mothers basic freedoms. Do what is best for the American people and stop this bill along with others dead in its tracks.

*An example of the dishonest methods of the pill companies is the "MOTHERS ACT". It is a bill before the Senate, already passed by the House with only 3 "no" votes, which sets up a nation-wide screening and "education" campaign to encourage "antidepressant" drugs and other psychiatric drugs to pregnant and new moms. If this passes, we could see similar drugging rates to that of the non-mandated Teen Screen program, which results in prescriptions for 90% of people who take the screening test.
The FDA Confirms that "antidepressant" drugs double the risk of suicide (at minimum) while numerous medical studies suggest the risk of suicide and violence against others is astronomically high on an antidepressant.
Antidepressants have also been proven to be no more effective than placebo. Additionally they pose a serious threat to babies whose mothers take them during pregnancy and nursing, with pregnancy exposure behind many cases of spontaneous abortion, preterm birth, stillbirth, and serious birth defects and SIDS.

The Mothers Act bill was initiated to honor a victim of psychiatric drug-induced suicide whose death has ironically been used to promote a pharmaceutical agenda. It puts all Americans, especially women and children, at risk, and it invades our privacy like never before.

Note: If you are in favor of 2nd amendment rights, this bill will also endanger your right to have a gun. The screening test will inevitably misdiagnose millions of women, and it's now illegal to buy a gun if you have a "history of mental illness."

It's not safe for a doctor to try to encourage people to take pills that aren't necessary for them to take, and can harm them, just so they can make a profit.

Doctors are medicating patients with antidepresants becasue they are using behavior modification instead of pain medication. Shutting the patient up so they don't have to treat the patients with proper medication. Doctors are scared by the DEA. Start treating your doctor as they have been treating their patients. They have forgotten that "they" are "your" employee". They need to stop acting like gods, and that they are not accountable. |

I worked in psychiatric clinics and i now that medical company's pay doctors to subscribe there pills, with nice trips to exotic country's etc. and other extra's.The problem is that they change medication of the patient for that reasson.With result that the patients get very unstable again for months before, and if they ever get used to the new drug.

In God's name, especially a doctor should know better and pay more attention to what she/he is doing for a patient. They should better acquaint themselves with what is wrong with the person, then decide. Not judge, they are not God. I pray for people all the time because of irresponsible doctors, and there are plenty of them, trust me. No one is excempt from their hands. Plenty of my relatives have died at their hands, so, I don't trust them..just pray that they know what they are doing and look into their background with a background check,like they do to us, and then I will decide whether or not to have them as a physician. But for a child, we need to be their voice, and speak up for them, to protect them from these irresponsible drs. That is why we as parents look into things and check them out first. Protect our children, everyone!
