Dear Sir/Madam, Many thanks for your response, I would like to brief you that I am winner of Lottery Visa(DV08) before 2 years I submitted Entry form with my phtographs to KCC(Case creation Authority) Electronically, the Computer and the KCC found the photographs conform to the Specifications. Later in processing my application by KCC & US Embassy, Dhaka, I submitted 1+1 hardcopy of my biometric phographs taken by US Embassys panel photographer. It is very unfortunate that the Consular of US Embassy, Dhaka denied my Entry Visa after 2 years on the plea of Entry Photgraphs did not conform althogh receipt of fess US$775/- and issued the visa delivery token. Please understand how discrimination injures my career for which I invested 2 yrs time and money for the Diversity Visa which randomly selected by the computer. Bureaucracy can master the loopholes in mature laws and figureout how to obey the letter of the Law without respecting the spirit. Finding no alternative, I have drawn the attention of the U.S. Ambassador,alongwith my Motion to reconsider, but no tangible action so far been made although the Processing time soon be ending(FY SEPT 30,2008) Kindly help me how to overcome this hurdle and have the justice? Wish to have your expert opinion by review my my Motion to reconsider and the subsequent Petition to his Excellency The U.S. Ambassador.(copies already published), Ready to furnish any further information, I am not sure I can elucidate the matter?
