This petition is in response to Animal Abuse in Baltimore city where a mother cat named Molly was set  on fire by 2 teenagers. It is clear that humane and ethical education needs to be enforced in school systems, children doing these kinds of things is inhumane and unacceptable.

We the undersigned are requesting that budgeting be added to increase awareness in schools to avoid inhumane acts towards animals from our society's youth. Many cruel acts to animals go unnoticed, but it is a serious issue that has yet to end. Education and bringing awareness of an issue makes a 10-fold difference.
