Call to Colorado Governor's Office to Extradite Larry Sinclair

This is a petition requesting that the State of Colorado extradite and bring to justice Larry Sinclair - a man with an extensive criminal history who is wanted in Colorado for forgery. He is currently under indictment in Delaware for theft and is facing trial soon, but he has avoided prosecution in Colorado as well.
