ART AND MORAL DEPRAVITY

 This petition basically calls for the media to proportionately represent art, music and film in a fashion that represents the demographics of the U.S. where 90% of the population is not sexually abnormal or obsessed with obscenity, crime and violence.

Many Americans who are not right wing fanatics, prudes, uptight or haters of free speech but simply want art to represent beauty, joy and the love of life and not obscenity, violence, death and sexual politics and are extremely disturbed by the takeover of art, music, film and media by certain members of extreme cultural and sexual groups who wish to mainstream or impose their sexual, political or "free speech" agendas into the mainstream of public discourse and into art/film/theater/music/videos etc. 

In reality these fringe elements go way beyond the pale of acceptable human behavior and seem to be obsessed with the defilement and degradation of judeo-christian values and beliefs to their own hurt and self-debasement.

These behaviors and extreme examples of "free speech" in fact are a threat to free speech and create animosity and hatred towards the U.S. and it's free speech tenets by exploiting and abusing the freedoms which we have in the U.S. with obscenity, inappropriate criminal violence and abnormal, bizarre and repulsive expressions of sexuality which do not represent a demographic majority in th U.S.

Free speech includes our right to freely express our artistic, political and religious beliefs within certain bounds of decency and sanity which no doubt should not have to be spelled out  to most sane intelligent people.

Decency and beauty and truth and love and order and naturalness and normality and are not concepts that are valued by extreme elements of political parties but values that are recognized and valued by the majority of all moral people and cultures around the world.

This petition calls for citizens in the U.S. and also abroad to encourage more decency, modesty and humility combined with moral vision and dignified expressions of human courage and joy in the visual arts, film, media, theater, and music.

This petition also wishes to express the desire for a new dawn for art and expression in America which liberates us from the derision of the rest of the world where we are often characterizes the as a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah who's is sinking in a destructive quagmire of prideful immorality and selfish arrogant abuse of free speech and expression.

This petition also calls on better oversight by the F.C.C. of our nations television cable airwaves, internet and film which have sunk to unbelievable levels of depravity and sexual and violent criminal self-indulgence.

We the undersigned agree with the opinions stated by the author of this petition and wish for a new dawn or renaissance in America in the visual arts, music, film, theater and media which recasts the United States for what we wish to be....a moral nation of people who desire to cast off the dark associations of our past and enter a new age of decency, self-discipline and restraint which allows us to be respected by other moral people and cultures of the world and to be a example of responsible free expression in the world and not abusers or exploiters of this right and honor.
