Arizona does not have(as far as I know) laws concerning the welfare of these animals. Yavapai County is where I live and I don't see any evidence to that regard. I would love to adopt California Laws concerning canine living arrangements in the home or commercial sector. As for Horses & livestock, "owners" MUST PROVIDE SHELTER from the harsh sun and rain that is worsened quite dramatically with the frequent winds of the high country. Please help me find out how to get the ball rolling!

I agree with your petition. Animals need protecting from the cold and harsh sun. You always find (cattle/sheep/horses)them lying under trees from the harsh sun or sheltering from the cold winds/rain, under trees/shrubs, so it is obvious to me that they need some form of shelter.
